By accessing the service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The service is an independent, unofficial fan companion that provides informational orientation and a personal browser-local checklist for Where Winds Meet.

This is an independent, unofficial fan companion for Where Winds Meet. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NetEase Games or the game’s rights holders. Game names, trademarks, artwork, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

Informational limitations

Content is provided for general informational and convenience purposes. Game content, mechanics, availability, balance, names, and other details may change. We do not guarantee that content is complete, accurate, current, available, suitable for a particular purpose, or error-free. Verify important decisions against current in-game information and official sources.

Personal checklist boundary and local-state loss

Checklist entries are authored by you and stored locally in your browser in the verified current scope. They are not public submissions, are not uploaded to the operator, and are not synchronized across devices. You are responsible for the text you enter and must not enter unlawful, infringing, abusive, confidential, or sensitive material.

You can add, mark or unmark, edit, delete, and clear entries on the personal checklist. Browser or device changes, private browsing, storage cleanup, software behavior, corruption, or device loss may make local entries unavailable. The operator cannot retrieve or restore local-only data.

Acceptable use

You may use the service only lawfully and in a way that does not damage, disable, overload, probe, disrupt, or interfere with the service or another person’s use. You must not attempt unauthorized access; introduce malicious code; evade technical restrictions; scrape or automate access in a manner that imposes unreasonable load; misrepresent affiliation; or use the service to violate law or third-party rights.

Intellectual property and trademarks

The service’s original site text, layout, and code are protected to the extent applicable. Where Winds Meet, NetEase Games, and related names, marks, artwork, game assets, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Reference to them is descriptive and does not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or ownership. Nothing in these terms grants rights in third-party intellectual property.

The service may link to third-party sites for convenience. Third parties control their own content, availability, security, and practices. A link does not imply endorsement. Review the third party’s terms and privacy information before using it.

Availability, changes, and disclaimers

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or content, subject to applicable law. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, currentness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability and mandatory-law savings

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the verified operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service, including loss of browser-local checklist state.

Governing terms, operator, and contact

Operator identity, an operational contact channel, and an effective date remain unresolved. Governing law and forum are unresolved and must not be assumed. Hosting and final runtime facts also remain unresolved.
